The Mangrove SocietyMiami

Miami

Where Miami's professional women take root.

One lunch a month. One speaker worth hearing. A curated room of women from across Miami's industries.

The Mangrove Society — a mangrove tree with interwoven roots

How It Works

How It Works

One lunch, once a month.

We meet over lunch, keep the program tight, and finish on time so you are back at your desk early in the afternoon.

Speakers who teach, not sell.

Every speaker shares real expertise or a story worth hearing. No sales pitches and no flyers on the tables.

A room that crosses industries.

We keep the mix intentional, so you meet women outside your field: finance, healthcare, tech, hospitality, real estate, law, the arts, and more.

Something extra, now and then.

Occasional evening gatherings and behind-the-scenes outings around Miami.

About

Why mangroves?

Mangroves grow interlocking roots that hold the shoreline together and shelter everything that grows around them. The Mangrove Society works the same way: a network of professional women in Miami who make each other stronger through connection, collaboration, and generosity.

We are starting small on purpose. Each lunch brings together a curated group of rising and established professionals from different industries, with a speaker chosen because she has something worth teaching. The goal is simple: leave every lunch knowing more, and knowing more people worth knowing.
